Bill Deal, Jr. CIC - President/ Agent

Bill joined the company in 1986 and specializes in all lines of insurance.

He has been an active supporter of the city of Nampa. He is the current president of the Snake River Stampede board of Directors, a member of the Nampa Chamber of Commerce and the Regional director of the Idaho Independent Insurance Agents Association.

Bill is the past president of Nampa Kiwanis.

Shawn Deal - Agent

Shawn joined the agency in 1989 and specializes in commercial and farm insurance products, including equine mortality. He also writes all lines of personal insurance.

He is currently president of the Idaho Quarter Horse Association; he is on the board of directors at the Idaho Reined Cowhorse Association, is a NRHA judge and is a member of the Countrymen’s Club.

Dianne Siewert - Customer Service Representative

Dianne has worked in the insurance industry since 1959 and is a great asset to our agency.

She handles commercial claims and billing, workman’s comp, and bonds.

Donna Thor - Agent/Customer Service Representative

Donna joined the agency in 1996 and is a licensed property and casualty agent. She specializes in personal and commercial lines of business.

She also helps take care of our agency computer needs.

Georgia Whiting - Agent

Georgia joined the agency in 1997 and specializes in personal and commercial lines of insurance.

She is very active in her church and enjoys watching her children in sports.

Terry Laubhan - Commercial Customer Service Rep / Accounting

Terry joined the company in 1986 and has worked in both personal and commercial lines insurance.

Presently she specializes in commercial lines and accounting.

Greg West - Agent

Greg joined the agency in 2002 and specializes in personal and commercial lines insurance.

He is active in the Nampa Rotary Club as well as Boy Scouts of America.

Dona Williams - Agent/Customer Service Representative

Dona joined the agency in 2004 and is a personal lines agent. She also does endorsements, claims and billings.

Kim Eilers - Personal Lines Customer Service Representative

Kim joined the agency in 2004 and does endorsements, claims and billings for personal lines insurance.

Amber Korsen - Personal Lines Customer Service Representative

Amber joined the agency in 2007 and does endorsements, claims and billings for personal lines insurance. She is bilingual
