Bill Deal, Jr. CIC - President/ Agent

Bill joined the company in 1986 and specializes in all lines of insurance.

He has been an active supporter of the city of Nampa. He is a member of the Snake River Stampede board of Directors, a member of the Nampa Chamber of Commerce and the president of the Idaho Independent Insurance Agents Association.

Bill is the past president of Nampa Kiwanis.

Shawn Deal - Agent

Shawn joined the agency in 1989 and specializes in commercial and farm insurance products, including equine mortality. He also writes all lines of personal insurance.

He is currently president of the Idaho Quarter Horse Association; he is on the board of directors at the Idaho Reined Cowhorse Association and is a NRHA judge.

Dianne Siewert - Customer Service Representative

Dianne has worked in the insurance industry since 1959 and is a great asset to our agency.

She handles commercial claims and billing, workman’s comp, and bonds.

Donna Thor - Customer Service Agent

Donna joined the agency in 1996 and is a licensed property and casualty agent. She specializes in personal and commercial lines of business.

Georgia Whiting - Agent

Georgia joined the agency in 1997 and specializes in personal and commercial lines of insurance.

She is very active in her church and enjoys watching her children in sports.

Greg West, CIC - Agent

Greg joined the agency in 2002 and specializes in personal and commercial lines insurance.

He is active in the Nampa Rotary Club as well as Boy Scouts of America.

Kim Eilers - Customer Service Agent

Kim joined the agency in 2004 and is a licensed property and casualty agent. She specializes in personal and commercial lines of business.

Byron Diehl - Agent

Byron joined our agency in May, 2009. Byron originally began an insurance career in 1989, then switched into the communications field. The desire to help others has brought Byron back into insurance again. He specializes in all lines of insurance.
